    Lunch catered by Nuthatch Hill BBQ.

  • 11:30am-3:30pm

    Hunting

  • 5:30pm-6:30pm

    Cocktail Hour
    at Hamilton's @ 100 North East in Jacksonville with complimentary bar, thanks to our sponsor BNSF Railway!

  • 6:30pm-7:30pm

    Dinner
    Enjoy roasted pork loin and parmesan crusted chicken prepared by Hamilton's.

    Breakfast
    Breakfast provided at your lodging. Room  blocks at Best Western and Hampton Inn- Jacksonville.

    Optional Second Hunt at Jim Edgar Panther Creek & Bird pick up on site.

Yes, ICF can provide guides and dogs upon request.

Yes, hotel rooms are double occupancy for teams of 4. Additional rooms may be reserved for an addtional cost. Please email or call Stacey to make arrangements in advance: [email protected], 217-557-0500. 

If you have made ICF aware that you or your team will be bringing a dog, you have been booked for pet-friendly lodging. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Stacey: [email protected], 217-557-0500. 

Yes. We have individual, couples, and tables of 8 available for purchase here.
